GP Appointments

We are currently operating a ‘total triage’ system, where initial contact with the GP will be by telephone. In some instances, the matter may be resolved via video consultation, which the GP will arrange following the phone call. If the GP decides a face-to-face appointment is necessary, then you will be advised when you should attend the Surgery.

Our practice Nurse is here to help, but if you suspect you have COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19, we urge you to follow NHS guidance to arrange a test and isolate for 10 days. Your health and the health of others in our community are in your hands.

Home visits 
At present, home visits will only be carried out for housebound patients if absolutely necessary. In these cases, requests for home visits must be made before 11:00AM, and the GP will phone first to triage the request.
